RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the unused item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving the order.

Please note that the following conditions apply:

  • Shipping charges are not refunded when you return an item.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition. Clothing items must have tags attached to be returnable.
  • We will make every effort to fulfill exchange requests whenever possible, however if we do not have your requested exchange item on hand, we may issue a refund for your returned merchandise instead. 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Exchanges & Returns- Please allow 3-7 business days for processing once received.

  • You are obliged to pay for the return of the delivery. The product must be in good condition, with hang tag attached to the product. If Eleiko discover that the product has been used more than to just clarify fitting and quality, we have the right to refuse the return.
  • Securely pack your merchandise. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost while in transit back to us. 
  • Please email usa@eleiko.com with your order number and your reason for exchange

    EQUIPMENT

    ALL EQUIPMENT IS FINAL SALE

    • In special circumstances, equipment may be returned to Eleiko if unused and if we are notified within 14 days from the delivery date. 
    • Restocking fees may apply
    • Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and is fully responsible for the condition in which it is received back; we are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost while in transit back to us.
